Fight Class (8-Week)
In this eight-week training, I will teach you all the beginning basics of stand-up fighting.
Class is every Wednesday from 7:45 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. for eight weeks.
The cost is $75.
Required Gear:
- boxing headgear,
- 14-ounce gloves if you're lighter than 150 pounds - 16-ounce gloves if you're heavier,
- shin guards,
- a mouthpiece, and
- groin protection is highly recommended.
